The carriers available have specific packaging requirements and use cases.
Packaging requirements
All parcels should be check for the following,
Packaging:
- Intact packaging with internal flaps.
- Heavy duty double-layered board bottoms for packages over 12kg.
- Do not leave significant excess space
- Fill small spaces with cushioning material
- Fragile items should eb wrapped with bubble wrap
- Use shipping tape and seal using the H-tape method
Labeling:
- Clear and readable labels.
- Affix labels properly, no bends or creases.
- Label on flat box surfaces not wrapped around corners.
- Be diligent to discard old labels and barcodes.
- Include phone number on label if possible
- Place labels on top of package
Pallets:
- Labels must be placed above 40 cm but bellow 80 cm on
- Labels are placed on the right side
- Clear stretch wrap is used to wrap the pallet
Carriers specifics
Aramex
Aramex has a zoned based pricing system, it should only be used to send packages to suburbs in Brisbane, the Outer Metro Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast or Toowoomba. These packages can be up to 25kg in weight and no larger than 1.2m in length.

Aus post can ship anywhere in Australia and is primary used for residential deliveries. Maximum weight is 22kg domestic and can have a maximum length of 105 cm and maximum dimensions of 0.25 cubic metres.
